After graduating from university, Yohei worked at an accounting consulting firm and a domestic independent consulting firm. He was involved in large-scale system development projects for clients in the railway industry and major general hospitals, as well as organizational structure and business reform projects for incorporated associations.

Joining his previous company in September 2011, he gained experience leading PMO for multi-billion yen IT development projects and establishing departmental PMOs for client companies. Following his hands-on leadership experience, in 2022 he took charge of launching the company's sales division and served as Deputy Division Head.
In 2023, he served as the Division Head of the company's PM business, responsible for a division of over 1000 members.
